Once you finish, the app will give you a unique 'Custom ID'. Just paste that ID into the box on the product page and add it to your cart.
Absolutely! Our Designer App shows you a live, real-time preview of your card as you build it. What you see on the screen is exactly what we will print.
We recommend using your own personal photos (pets, friends, yourself) or custom artwork. We cannot print heavily copyrighted materials or offensive imagery.
The cards are made of high-durability, waterproof plastic. The colors printed on the cards are produced using the highest-quality ink, ensuring they do not fade under normal storage conditions.
If you purchase a card, depending on the quantity you order, the package includes the card and a protective plastic sleeve with a holographic effect. A wooden stand is also included so you can display the card on a decorative table if you wish. Everything will be thoroughly inspected and securely packaged to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition.
Yes! All our cards are printed at the standard Trading Card Game (TCG) size of 2.5" x 3.5". They will fit perfectly into standard binders, sleeves, and toploaders.
Because every card is 100% personalized and made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for production, and an additional 7-15 days for shipping. Our estimated delivery time is generally 10-15 days from the date you place your order.
Of course, we can ship goods to anywhere in the world. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept general returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your card arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a printing error on our end, you DO NOT need to return the item to us. Simply contact our support team at support@mivongifts.com or call +84 369 203 989 within 7 days, provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will produce and ship a brand new replacement to you completely free of charge.
