Shipping Policy

At MivonGifts, every single card is uniquely personalized. We do not pull items off a shelf; your card is designed and printed entirely from scratch just for you.

Once you place your order and provide your Custom ID, our design team begins crafting your card. This production process (design approval, printing, foiling, and packaging) typically takes 3 to 5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.

After production is complete, your order will be handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

• Standard US Shipping: $4.99 (Free on orders over $50). Transit time is typically 7 to 10 business days.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring MivonGifts worldwide in the near future!

As soon as your package ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to check your delivery status, or visit our Track Order page.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@mivongifts.com. We can only change the address if the order has not yet entered the printing phase (usually within 24 hours).

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to our support team and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
