We want you to be 100% thrilled with your custom card. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your design, we will happily send you a free replacement. No need to send the defective item back!
Because every single card at MivonGifts is uniquely personalized with your photos, names, and custom text,we cannot accept general returns or offer refunds for a "change of mind."
Once a custom card is printed, it cannot be restocked or resold. We highly encourage you to review your design carefully in the Designer App and double-check your spelling before generating your Custom ID and checking out.
We move fast to get your order to you! As soon as an order is placed, it enters our production queue shortly after.
Mistakes happen, and sometimes packages get roughhoused during transit. If you experience any of the following issues within 14 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement:
Please email us at support@mivongifts.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review it within 24 hours and arrange for a brand-new card to be printed and shipped to you ASAP.
In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., a successful order cancellation within the 12-hour window, or a lost package that cannot be replaced), the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
