By accessing and using mivongifts.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Custom Products & User Uploads

Because our products are highly customized (e.g., Custom Pet Cards), you agree to the following when uploading images:

• You own the rights to the images you upload, or you have permission to use them.
• You will not upload hateful, explicit, or illegal content.
• Colors and cropping may vary slightly from your digital screen to the final physical print.

3. Refunds and Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our custom cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The original artwork, layouts, and designs provided by Mivon Gifts (excluding your uploaded pet photos) remain the intellectual property of Mivon Gifts. You may not reproduce or resell our designs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online e-commerce transactions.
