2. Custom Products & User Uploads

Because our products are highly customized (e.g., Custom Pet Cards), you agree to the following when uploading images:

• You own the rights to the images you upload, or you have permission to use them.
• You will not upload hateful, explicit, or illegal content.
• Colors and cropping may vary slightly from your digital screen to the final physical print.

3. Refunds and Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our custom cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, we stand by our 14-Day Free Replacement Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a printing error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In most cases of damage or defect, you do not need to return the physical item. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.

4. Intellectual Property

The original artwork, layouts, and designs provided by MivonGifts (excluding your uploaded photos) remain the intellectual property of MivonGifts. You may not reproduce or resell our designs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Viet Nam.
